The Cavendish is a recently refurbished Victorian Hotel on Worthing’s sea front boasting spectacular views over the English Channel. The hotel offers great service with a bar that offers bar food and a restaurant with a full menu offering the finest steaks and fresh local seafood. Both the bar and the restaurant are overlooking the sea and the promenade making it an ideal place to drink or eat.

The Cavendish can cater for all kinds of travellers: from executive rooms with desks and space to work for businessmen and women, to a special romantic weekend package. This is available on request and menus can be discussed in advance to prepare for the perfect getaway. Also there are family rooms, twin rooms and single rooms to match all budgets. WIFI is available and free to all guests.

Activities such as boat trips, fishing trips, golf trips and days out at local horse racing tracks and stables can all be arranged with prior notice. For larger parties a minibus can be made available. The Cavendish is especially proud of its relationship with the competitors of the late summer bowls tournament and special deals are available for advance bookings.

The Cavendish Hotel is located on the sea front with views of the promenade and the pier. All the local amenities including the pier and the shops are a short walk away and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Worthing train station. There is also a car park which is free but does need prior reservation.

The Cavendish Hotel is the perfect venue for all kinds of parties. Weddings, Christenings, funerals and office parties are all catered for with several menus and wines available to suit all budgets and there is a function room which is available on request.

 One night was long enough. Room was filthy, curtains were torn, carpets smelt and the shower was virtually falling out of the wall. Probably the worst hotel we have stayed in.
